NFF Is 65% Financially Dependent - Pinnick By Niyi Busari President, Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, has said that the days of waiting for government funds to run NFF will soon be a thing of the past stressing that the federation are almost at a stage to say bye bye to government funding, BSNSports reports. Pinnick who said that the NFF is now 65% self funding, will in another two years bid farewell to government funding the federation. Pinnick said his board has been able to secure sponsorship deals that have been able to finance the federation's expenditure and are still planning to get more funding through more sponsorship deals. The CAF First Vice President, revealed that he came at a time when there was no sponsors for the national teams. "I came in at a time when almost all the sponsors have left but today, we are 65% self dependent in terms of self funding and in the next two years, we will be 100% self sufficient to fund all the federation expenditures, then we will tell the government, thank you and bye bye." Pinnick said.
